The very reliable Perkins engine has only 1,182 hours on it. It has been well-maintained and runs perfectly, requiring only an oil change to start the new season.
The boat is equipped with 5 batteries and 4 solar panels: two 30W panels from 2012, one 115W panel dedicated to the windlass (installed in 2022), and one 150W panel for the service battery (also from 2022).

As for the sails, only the mizzen sail is very recent, having been replaced in January 2022. The other sails are older but still appear to be in good condition for their age. The rigging is made of stainless steel, and the boat is a two-mast ketch.

Its steel construction makes it a very sturdy boat. The last haul-out took place in August 2023, during which it was treated with two layers of antifouling—this probebly will need to be redone in the spring. The hull is 5mm thick, and the deck is 3mm thick. Photos of the construction are available.

The yacht features two beautiful, spacious cabins, each with a large bed measuring 200 x 160 cm (at its widest). There are plenty of storage spaces in the cabins, the salon, and additional storage between the floor and the hull. This area between the hull and the floor also offers potential for an affordable installation of a hot water system.
The shower area is not enclosed at the moment, but given the available space, installing a door would be straightforward. The boat is also equipped with a 40-liter black water tank and a 90-liter grey water tank, which still needs to be connected.
The headroom is very comfortable, and thanks to the numerous windows, the interior of the boat is bathed in natural light. The galley is highly functional and well-equipped for life on board.
