Broker's Comments
When I first met the owner and he told me about his boat, and that she has 4 cabins, I was surprised. It is rare to have a 13 metres boat with 4 cabins. She was never been used as a charter boat, her only trip was to one island once a year and then back to her base. She was only used by the owner as a charter office in that island.
She has a lot of space and could accommodate easily two families. For those who would like to enter the charter business, this boat could easily attract charterers due to her 4 cabins and 2 heads.
The owner is selling her because he would like to buy a bigger yacht.
