Broker's Comments
The layout of the deck and this particular three cabin version of the interior design, reflect the spirit of comfort and efficiency that prevailed in the design of this amazing yacht and which enables you to plan many days at sea without a care in the world. With its immense saloon, furnished with top quality cherry wood, with lots of natural light, I counted seven opening deck hatches and 12 opening portholes! She can accommodate up to 8 people for long distance cruising, also with the added help of the bow thruster you could manage this boat single handed. The exterior is in excellent condition, clean and unmarked, uncluttered side decks, large sunbathing area, vast cockpit with deep lockers, great position of the wheel and full console, with folding cockpit table and icebox. I would say for the cost its a perfect yacht, built in 1999 so great build quality, big, spacious, luxury, easy to manage, well equipped with a powerful engine. Yes the sails could do with replacing possibly and there are a few minor repairs that need attention, but nothing serious or costly.
