This Birchwood 22 appears to be be very well presented and has clearly been loved by her owners.

She is very clean and tidy and her fixtures and fittings are all in good order. She has very nice upholstery inside and out and is a joy to be aboard and is a very nice place to spend time afloat.

She can sleep 3 inside and two more in the cockpit so can accommodate 5 at a push. She has a functional galley and she is powered by a well running sea tiger motor that starts and runs very nicely indeed.

She has a current boat safety certificate and her broads toll is paid for the rest of the season. She also has a mooring that can be available, I believe.
