Broker's Comments
Tidy Birchwood 22 which is an ideal first boat and offers good accommodation and easy handling.
This tidy Birchwood has her Boat Safety Certificate to April 2023 and a pump out toilet to holding tank. She was antifouled in 2021 and has been compounded and polished.
She has a very well running watermota engine and is shaft driven. Her accommodation is tidy and clean and can sleep 4. She has some small areas that could do with a tidy up as you would expect of a boat of this age and these are highlighted in the video and are predominantly cosmetic or cleaning jobs. She would benefit from a clean of the canopy and headlining of the cockpit, and if blue is not your chosen colour for the heads compartment then a coat of white paint would make if feel brighter in there.
One seat back needs screwing back (2 screws) but other than that she is a very nice little boat that is sure to please and get you out on the Broads and have great fun
She has been looked after by George at Ludham bridge and runs beautifully.
If you are looking for a well-running first boat that offers great flexibility then look no further.
