Broker's Comments
This Birchwood 25 was sold by us 2 years ago and was described as being in excellent condition.
However, the current owner has been very ill for quite some time and as a result the boat has unavoidably been neglected for the past 12 months.
As a result she is now in need of TLC and will need 2 new batteries immediately. The engine has been started and runs very well and the outdrive is working as it should.
However we do recommend a service as our records show she was last fully serviced in March 2010.
Priced as a "Project" boat she is less than half the price we sold her for 2 years ago.
I pressure washed her (20.12.13) and as you will see from the pictures she has come up well. She will need covers for the upholstery as we have not been able to source these as yet but the foam and protectors are very good.
The BSC expired in Nov 2013 and she was surveyed in March 2010.
