Broker's Comments
Stepping on board Bruce Roberts 48 the first I noticed was the deck space it was great and all rigging, winches, sail's, etc. looked in excellent order, from there to the large saloon area it was shoes off time as the owner had just had new carpets fitted throughout.
Over the past 2/3 years the owner has fitted many new item's and the main one being the installation of a brand new Iveco 150hp engine along with RPM 500 gearbox in 2012 which has covered only 175hrs.so a great opportunity to purchase a ready to sail BRUCE ROBERTS OFFSHORE 48
