Broker's Comments

This is an opportunity to acquire a nicely appointed liveaboard/holiday home.

Boarding from the stern is the engine compartment also containing the recently replaced batteries together with battery charger and electrics.

Moving through is the double bed and wardrobe, next to the bathroom with the cartridge toilet bath / shower and wash basin. From here is the galley, with cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, and sink with drainer. In an open plan style leads into the sitting room area with a wood burning stove. This opens out onto a covered seating area on the foredeck.

Having just received a fresh coat of paint to the exterior she is looking great.

Benefiting from a replacement engine in 2014 and subsequent ongoing servicing with some engine spares included.

Blackening and survey September 2024
