Broker's Comments

This boat is being sold as a "Project". She is need of work as the pictures clearly show.
I have taken a good look at her and the side decks and aft cockpit above the aft cabin deck are "spongy"
The aft cabin headlinings are damp and she has signs of damp in the main saloon and fwd cabin but no obvious signs of rot.
She is need of need a good all over pressure wash and tidying.
Mechanically I would recommend having the out drive legs serviced along with the engines.
Otherwise she is hiding nothing and will be viewed "warts and all"
She would make a very capable and spacious cruiser for either inland or Estuary cruising and the navigation equipment is relatively modern.
She has a cavernous aft deck and offers sleeping for 6.
She is priced as a "project" at £7500 which is 60% below average selling prices of this make and model.
Offers will be considered as we are looking for a quick sale.
