Broker's Comments
This Falcon 23SPC is an ideal family cruiser with accommodation for four or five people. The interior has standing headroom and there is a galley, a separate heads as well as the saloon seating area and the aft berth. The cockpit is also a good size with plenty of seating.
This one has the engine service September 2016 and the Out Drive serviced Sept 2015 when the gaiters were renewed.
The overall condition is quite good; it could do with a new canopy and a bit of a spruce up for the new season but that's about it.
