Broker's Comments
The Falcon 23 sports cruiser has plenty to offer. Large deck space with well placed seating, provides an excellent area for entertaining family and friends in the summer sun.
The large saloon with ample seating offers a comfortable place to retreat and relax after a day on the water. The cabin includes all one requires for nights aboard, galley with sink and twin hob, heads with sink, and double aft berth.
The boat does require a good clean throughout and would look great for it. The outdrive would benifit from antifouling, this has not been done as the boat is currently stored on a dry rack system.
With some care and attention, here there is a good opportunity to acquire a spacious, family cruiser, ideal for long weekends aboard, either exploring coastlines or inland waterways.
