Broker's Comments
The current owners purchased the vessel in 2010 and although the vessel was in good order the port side cabin windows were leaking causing dampness in the interior.
Most of the interior fitting were removed and the owner painted the inside of the hull with grey primer.
The internal woodwork was in very good condition with no dampness. However the owner elected to lightly sand and re varnish to a high standard.
The only exception being the toilet door and sink surround which would benefit from the same.
The sink/cooker worksurfave was treated to new veneer.
The port side windows were removed and refurbished and resealed.
The Jabsco yoilet is new as is the holding tank, both never used.
The woodwork in the cockpit is in good condition although this would benefit from varnishing.
There is the original horn and searchlight with the vessel along with a spare propellor (13X10)
Included in the sale are lifebouys, life Jackets, tubular winter heater, fan, battery Charger, Electric kettle, spare (full) gas bottle, Portable radio/CD player, crockery and cutlery.
The topsides whilst structurally sound (no soft decks) will require repainting to make her look her best.
New Nanni diesel engine having done only 62 hours.
