This 23ft Monterey with Cuddy is a little larger than the typical 20/21 footers that are around and it makes a lot of difference to the cockpit size and also the interior space. The cuddy is off course still seated headroom; but it has a small galley/sink area and also an enclosure for a porta potti - all useful stuff for a day out on the river.
This boat has been owned by the same family for over twelve years, and although we do not know the actual engine hours we are told they are fairly low. They estimate usage for the last ten years as being no more than 200 hours.
