Broker's Comments
A deceptively spacious 20ft cruiser offering accomodation for 2-4. The aft cabin contains two single berths which extend under the cockpit seats, presently the chemical toilet is stored in one of these. The forward cabin has the galley/sink area to starboard and an additional storage locker to port, then the seating area converts to a double berth. There is a double 240v socket in the forward cabin and a single socket in the back cabin. A 12v socket for phone charging has been installed at the helm.
The present owner has had the transom and engine bay professionally reinforced at the same time as he upgraded the engine from 2-stoke to 4-stroke with electric tilt to accommodate the additional weight of the engine.
A great little cruiser for day and weekend trips, capable of passing under all Broadland bridges, would be ideal for couples or young families. Broads river tax paid until April 2020 and boat safety certificate valid until June 2020. The mooring is currently paid on a monthly basis and would be available to take over from point of sale.
