Broker's Comments
Based on the earlier wooden hull classic models this MK 11 has the GRP hull and with the two 60 HP BMC 2.5 ltr engine outdrives offers a lively performance at sea and is also happy to poodle along on inland waters. The current owners have spent five years of enjoyment on the Norfolk Broads but now, due to health problems need to reluctantly sell!
The coachroof has been recently completely replaced and she has a BSC until March 2024.
A new canopy fitted in 2020. The engines have been regularly serviced and have always proved reliable. The gators/bellows were replaced in 2018/2019.
Due to a recent leak the coachroof has been replaced and completed 15/06/2021 as the current owner would not allow a sale to go through unless the roof was replaced completely! See pictures!
Unfortunately, due to a recent survey, the outdrives need attention with worn knuckle joints and therefore the boat is back on the market as a project!
The survey can be made available to view!
