Broker's Comments

The classic Jack Powles 46ft Flybridge Cruiser was one of the several of the fast cruisers designed by the respected Bernard Olenski.

With their generous deck space, wide side decks and uncluttered foredeck, these boats are comfortable to cruise and spend time aboard both living and entertaining. The Powles 46 has a spacious, raised aft deck and flybridge which is accessible with steps from the aft deck. This version has a swim platform.

On visiting this boat I found it to have a light and spacious feel with walk-through headroom throughout, plenty of windows, a spacious galley, along with a large and open saloon area perfect for life aboard in comfort and for entertaining guests.

The space and comfort extends to all areas of the accommodation, with eight berths in three separate cabins, including two large single bunks in the third cabin and a double in the large forward cabin with en-suite facilities, including a shower. With a large aft cabin with ensuite heads and 2 double berths.

There has been some investment in the ownership, including a full refurbishment of both engines, wiring and electrics, plumbing, new heads and navigation instruments. With some work and cosmetic interior finishing and engine servicing, this boat is a great opportunity for a variety of potential uses and is an ideal platform for comfortable and extended cruising and as a liveaboard opportunity.
