Broker's Comments
A great starter boat with a good sized open plan cabin and also a good sized dining area for 4 people. Headroom is almost 6tt. A large aft cockpit with unusually high sides offering safety for the younger ones. A 1.5 BMC engine which has been regularly serviced and a good starter.
The boat has a current BSC until 2025 and has a current Broads Licence.
The lowering screens will allow access under bridges.
She would benefit with a new canopy but the existing one is functional.
The owner is keen to sell so early viewing is recommended.
