Broker's Comments
This classical boat is a pleasure to come across.
The current owner has done his best to identify and rectify issues through local professionals and has completely refitted her galley. She does need further work to bring her completely up to scratch, but much has been done.
This all lends to a spacious feeling, with a nod towards her history, with various original features retained and some modern additions to make her a better place to stay.
She has lots of living accommodation with a great open forward saloon/cabin/galley and a separate aft saloon, with two big berths and plenty of stowage. The current owner bought her specifically for this unusual and attractive feature.
Her raised wheelhouse offers a light and airy position, with plenty of ventilation.
All in all, I'd say this boat would suit someone who's after a some history, a bit of classical motor boating and somewhere to comfortably cruise rivers, canals and possibly calm inshore areas.
