Broker's Comments

Here we have a beautiful example of these very popular river cruisers with inboard diesel engine. The Colin Feacy 21 has always been a popular little river cruiser offering 4 berth accommodation, a very spacious cockpit with hot and cold water, a good galley and toilet / shower compartment. This particular boat appears to be a very, very tidy example indeed.

She is powered by a well running Volvo Penta MD2010 Saildrive so is quiet and very frugal. Her upholstery and all infill cushions all look exemplary and she is a genuinely nice clean and relaxing place to spend time afloat. She has a recent quality cassette toilet to make that side of things easy. Her shower has not been used by the current owners and the shower floor has a board laid over it to make a level floor. However, the shower system is all in place.

She has a new canopy in 2020 by Bailey and Stone and was also serviced in 2020. Her Boat Safety Certificate runs into May 2023. Her broads toll is paid to April 22 and her mooring could also be available at a cost of £51 per foot per year as the owner has put his sailing boat at a different location
