Broker's Comments

Boatshed Norfolk is pleased to offer this delightful TS240 for sale. An ideal coastal or inland waterways sailing boat.

As soon as I stepped aboard, the quality and condition of this boat was just stunning. A credit to the vendors.

A very roomy and deep cockpit offering extra safety under sail with plenty of storage available.

The interior is equally spacious and with a lifting keel she offers the benefit of shallow water exploring such as on the Norfolk Broads, where she is currently moored.

A 6ft headroom in the saloon is a boon and has two double berths and a single berth.

The interior boasts some lovely woodwork and is a very comfortable area to relax. A good size heads area with a wash basin, extractor fan and shower.

The 14 hp Nanni engine is very economical with low hours (less then 300) and fitted in 2004. Last serviced 2023 and Anodes changed August 2024.

She has a current BSS until 31/07/2026.

A charger and a 150w Inverter are included.

The running rig was upgraded in 2019 to enable cockpit control and the shaft drive is a dripless seal.
Cockpit reefing for Genoa and Mainsail and the Tabernacle set up allows for easy mast lowering.
The compass is a lit model and navigation lights are all LED.

Early viewing is highly recommended!
