Reconditioned engine fitted 2016. The carb, manifold, pumps and pulleys were reused but the engine was all new (block, top, pistons, casing, rods, sump, crank shaft etc etc).
Volvo 290 DP leg reconditioned 2012.

Broker's Comments
This Falcon 22 is a great little cruiser on rivers or coastal hopping. She has a reconditioned engine fitted to the boat in 2016. Her accommodation is quite good for her size 4 true berths saloon and aft cabin plus the additional option of making a double in the cockpit drop seating. Apart from a good clean/valet on the cockpit tent and some carpet required on the saloon floor she appears to be in good useable condition. I was able to watch the owner moor up and she seemed to handle well including turning on a sixpence between pontoons (check out the video)
