Broker's Comments
Here we have a very tidy example of the ever popular Freeman 23.
This particular boat is very well presented in original gelcoat and appears to be in a very tidy condition. The current owner (since 2014), has spared no expense on her and has improved and maintained her, adding shore power and solar fans and an inverter.
The boat has been ashore since the start of covid and is not going to be used by the owner now, so is up for sale in very clean and tidy order indeed.
She has a Current boat safety certificate to Nov 2024. The boat still has its "spitfire" throttle and gear lever and a very tidy Jeckells canopy. I could not find any damage to the upholstery inside or out and the woodwork appears to be in excellent condition. The boat is a very, very good example of this popular type and is sure to sell quickly.
