Broker's Comments
The owner of this boat has had her for over 30 years, but changing health compels him to sell her.
The boat is ashore. There are some scrapes to the aft of the bow area on one side, but overall the hull and keel appear sound.
The cockpit cover will soon need replacing.
The interior needs a good sweep out.
There is a new throttle control and a small chart plotter.
The 40hp outboard appears little used.
The headlining in the wheelhouse and saloon has had replacement tongue and groove recently. The upholstery in the saloon is serviceable but there are a couple of tears.
The heads has an old Lavac sea toilet and the wall covering needs cleaning.
These boats are cheap to run and berth and are ideal for coastal fishing or weekends away.
Basically it needs TLC for the interior which will mean time rather than expense, apart from the spray hood which really needs replacing.
These boat details are subject to contract.
