Broker's Comments

A very rare Herbert Woods 1950's Starlight Class , she is one of ten built for the hire fleet at Broads Haven Yard Potter Heigham.
Her details as published by the yard for hirers were as follows:
An exceedingly smart and entirely new type of motor cruiser, acclaimed by all as the perfect boat for two.
She is a simple elderly 2 berth traditional broads cruiser, she has a small galley with cooker and sink she even has a fridge. A totally separate heads area accessed from the cockpit with wc and hand wash basin. Forward control helm for easy handling, a sliding roof, a good size rear cockpit with removable Jeckells cockpit cover.
Fitted with a frugal diesel engine, and with a current BSS certificate valid until 26th October 2015, we have a very reasonably priced classic ready to cruise.
Enjoy a peice of Herbert Woods history for very little money.
NB. She has been lifted recently and new planking fitted where needed (Jan 2013)
