The seller reports that in 2018 the interior was completely rebuilt to include all new cabinetry, plumbing, wiring, lighting, windows, and the addition of a dining table that converts to sleeping for two. This new interior is mostly white with varnished wood trim and garnet counter tops. Although the boat had all this work done back in 2018 it has suffered from neglect in the past 2 years with a couple window leaks providing mildew on the cushions. They do appear to be cleanable. A couple of the new windows did not appear to be well sealed upon installation however, with the interior being mostly white fiberglass it should clean up pretty well. The current owner had been living aboard for some months and needed to move to the midwest. This caused no one to be paying attention to cleaning and maintenance over the past couple years.
All the way forward is the V berth cabin that sleeps two. Just aft is the head and shower which takes up the full width of the boat. Next aft to port is a single settee and to starboard is the convertible dinette. To port is the galley with a microwave, Hiller propane range with oven, an ice box, stainless steel sink, beautiful countertops and galley storage drawers. Included is a portable refrigerator located on the port settee. To starboard is a small navigation station with the flip up counter extension and the starboard quarter berth. Cabin heat is electric. The companion way leads to the cockpit which includes the mainsheet traveler, halyard and sheet winches, cockpit lockers port and starboard, engine controls, tiller, and barbeque. A transom-mounted swim ladder can be deployed from the cockpit. On deck safety is provided by SS life lines with bow and stern pulpits.
Newer Raratan ll Manual Head. Hand Held Shower.

Broker's Comments
Offered here is a very popular and versatile sloop that has passed the test of time. This is a capable cruiser, racer, or just a great little sailboat to participate in Duck Dodge on Lake Union. The interior has had a recent (2018) total remodel which has added several features to the original design. The current location includes potentially transferable moorage by application to the marina.
