Broker's Comments
The Jeanneau 54 DS looks good, it feels substantial, it is easy to sail and it is capable of many roles. It has looks feel of much bigger Yacht, And it is great value for money.
The example has the three-cabin layout ‘ the master stateroom in the bow, two mirror image cabins aft, all with en suite bathrooms. The master cabin has a centreline island berth; the berths in the guest cabins are huge and square. The saloon has a coffee/cocktail settee to port; a drinks cupboard divides the curved settee so it would be snug to seat four.
The galley is big and one step down, and has substantial refrigeration for bluewater cruising.
These 54's are also know for the decent turn of speed and excellent at punching some decent daily distances.
This example did the ARC a couple of years ago and had been cruising the Caribbean and now lying east coast U.S
