Broker's Comments
This LM 27 has been totally re-built and restored by the current owner over the past 3 years. In restoring her the owner has retained and refurbished many of the original fixtures, keeping the boat true to the design intent of the Danish Motorsailor. An example of this is the "Sailor Green Box" VHF radio with telephone handset which is in perfect working order.
The boat has been re-gelcoated, re-wired, fitted with a new Beta 35hp engine, new windows fitted, new furling gear fitted and re-varnished to a particularly high standard etc, etc.
The boat is in outstanding condition and if for sale due to the owners work commitments. She can really only be appreciated by viewing first hand.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
