Broker's Comments
Not only a fine example of what can be done with some time, money and a great deal of expertise this Open 40 by Finot Conq combines 2 worlds with little, if any, compromise.
She has the highest spec equipment no corners were pinched to get her afloat and no stone unturned (or un-cleaned) to keeping her on the water.
One of her unique features is the lifting keel mechanism which allows her to have the performance of a deep draft boat but the freedom and flexibility to make exploring the Med more relaxing and versatile.
Although a racer she has never been raced aggressively according to her full time custodian, with her full time professional manager in charge of maintenance and attending most of her outings she seems to sparkle even on a cloudy day a true credit and ample definition to the word maintained!
