Broker's Comments
Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this tidy Diesel Pedro 9m Dutch steel cruiser.
The boat appears to be in good, tidy order and has a new flybridge canopy, diesel warn air heating, bow thruster, solar panel, shore power with inverter and battery charger, new mattress, new fridge and has recently had her 12v system rewired.
The boat has charm and character and a good level of space and would make an ideal liveaboard vessel with her spacious saloon and starboard galley, plus her dedicated aft master double with huge heads and shower offers a lot of usable living space.
The boat has ample storage and a well fitted galley with gas cooker and lot of storage and a convertible saloon that can make another double berth. Teak headlinings are very pleasant and add charm to this cosy little vessel.
She is powered by a Peugeot marine diesel which appeared to start and run very nicely.
She has a current Boat Safety Certificate to June 2027 and a recent survey in Aug 2022 with hull thickness over 4mm.
There are some minor some cometic items needing some attention but these are very minor to my eye and are just paint and woodwork related.
New carpets also finish the boat nicely, and she was antifouled and new anodes fitted a couple of months ago.
Her Broads toll is paid and a mooring at the marina she is currently in may be available by separate discussion with the marina.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
