Broker's Comments
Here we have a very lightly used Sasanka Viva 730i from the Viva 700 model range, lifting keel sailing boat, presented in extremely good order throughout.
In my video I mention this is a Veko this is a mistake she is a Sasanka "Viva"
She has Jeckells sails with stack pack and lazy-jacks and a new headsail in 2021. The current owner has advised that she has only been used in fresh water and has been stored ashore most winters.
She has a Tohatsu 9.8 twin two stroke electric start with charging coil outboard motor. Her interior is almost like new and to my eye unmarked - and for a sailing boat of this size is plush and superbly comfortable. She offers sleeping for 4 plus a lounge area so is incredibly flexible and a delight to be aboard. Her good sized heads compartment is well equipped and has a porta poti.
This boat must be seen if you are looking for a 7m sailor as she will be very hard to beat at the price! She had a fresh BSS this year and her Broads toll is paid to April 2023. There is a copy of her last survey from 2021 aboard the boat and the original handbook. The vendor has advised that if motoring to always have the centre plate down at least 50%.
These boat details are subject to contract.
