Broker's Comments
Here we have a nice little pocket flybridge cruiser that is an ideal first boat for a couple or small family.
She has shore power fitted and a battery charger and is tidy little package. She offers great accommodation and a flexible layout with maximum use of the outside space available.
She has a well equipped galley to starboard with 2 burner gas hob and grill and a stainless basin and fridge under. The whole galley is concealed under lift up hinged panels.
She has a very nice toilet and shower compartment that is amazingly spacious on a boat this size. The saloon is a clever design as in the day it is a dinette for four. If you are driving from the lower helm it will convert to a two seat sofa and a helm seat for two at night its a double bed. All very well thought out.
The good sized aft cockpit has a wooden bench across the aft end and the engine bay is under the floor. The engine started readily and ran very nicely and is clean and dry.
The hot water system is powered by the shore power system and not heated by the engine although this would be easy to connect and add that facility.
The upper helm on the fly bridge is ample for navigation and offers great views from the elevated position.
The boat has her Broads toll paid for this season and has a current Boats Safety Certificate to June 2026.
If I was to be critical she has some small trim and linings that would benefit from a good clean or replacement as they are showing her years however, these are very small and easy to deal with.
