Broker's Comments
This Sea Ray 390 Express Cruiser lady needs help, though I think she can be redeemed, given the right resources and skills - hence her price.
She's just been professionally valeted internally, though there is some way to go - take a look at the pics to decide for yourself.
Underneath it all though, there seems to me to be a really sound vessel that needs tlc in all departments to return her to a useable vessel - she has heaps of internal and cockpit space and could be a great space to use, or live in.
Known defects that you'll want to know about in advance include:
1. Engines do not run. A professional engineer could not get them to turn by power or hand
2. Generator condition unknown - no start attempted
3. Head linings
4. Upholstery
5. Missing mattress in forward cabin
It will not be possible to arrive and test all systems and equipment, without a surveyor.
This vessel may stay in Brighton marina, subject to confirmation by the Manager.
