Tollycraft vessels were built in the Pacific NW for over 30 years. Models include 20 feet up to 65 feet. The Tolly 30 was one of the most popular models. All boats were hand laid fiberglass with most models built with gas engines.
The main reason for its popularity is that it is a great family boat. There are three large berths, a four person dinette with additional seating on the convertible bench, a large galley with extra counter space and a flybridge with extra seating.
Waterline Boats / Boatshed does not independently verify capacities and measures, which are reported from seller-provided information and/or literature.

Forward to port is the galley which includes a 3 burner propane stove , microwave, sink and several drawers. The refrigerator is located to starboard under the helm seat.
The helm is located to starboard with a hinged seat that folds forward to create a large countertop.
Moving into the forward V berth area you find the head/shower to port. The V berth has a filler which makes a larger double berth.
From the cockpit a ladder is located to port for access to the flybridge. Seating on the flybridge includes two fold down seats and a centerline helm seat.
The portable generator is located at the aft end of the flybridge.
There are two TVs included - one in the salon and a second in the forward berth area.
Cabin heat is supplied by an Espar diesel forced-air unit.

Broker's Comments
The previous owner of this vessel kept it on Lake Union for 32 years. The current owner has also kept it in fresh water and in covered moorage since March 2022.
The twin Mercruiser 260 HP gas engines were installed new in 1996. There are just over 1000 hours on both engines. Both fuel tanks were replaced in 2016 with new aluminum tanks by Coastal Tanks in Bellingham .
It's evident that the boat has received good care. All of the seating on the flybridge has Sunbrella covers. There are interior window covers for the salon preventing sun damage. The Zodiac RIB dinghy was new in 2021.
There is even a cockpit cover.
Overall the boat appears in good running condition and is ready to cruise.
