Broker's Comments

This steel junk rigged yacht was designed by Maurice Amiet. She has recently undergone extensive external works in Majorca consisting of: blasted back to bare metal, International 2 pack primed and painted applied professionally then copper coated.
The owner has recent bills of over £70k.
Any steel work was also carried out at the same time. This is the reason why the headlining needs to be replaced as it was removed for welding. A recent hull survey confirming steel thicknesses. All hatches and windows were replaced, all of the teak is new as are the guard rails. She has in her life sailed many miles but a change of the current owners circumstances means she is on the market, owner keen to sell so try an offer.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

This Maurice Amiet Spray Steel Junk Rigged has been personally photographed and viewed by Simon Hall of Boatshed La Rapita. Click here for contact details.

There is a lot of potential in this boat. Amazing. Whoever buys this will be one very fortunate person.
